I had the same issue in socal, so I went out of state to midwest and drove it back. I did a nationwide search on autotrader and started calling dealers to get the best deal. I received a good quote that was a bit more from a dealer in Vegas (~2k), and in hindsight I should have taken it because...

Any updates on this? I get these road alerts regularly, and the only way to Turn the alert off is to physically press ok on the touch screen. Any way to disable these alerts?

I second this. This is stupid.

I received an out of office reply, hope to hear from them by Friday (?). Not having ANY luck getting anything below MSRP in Socal. I'm also reaching out further than Vegas, but need to consider my time (1-3 days?) and/or shipping costs ($1500-2000) to the deal.
