Thanks guys love the truck so far (when my wife lets me drive) just past the break in and did the first oil change (you can read me piss and moan about how difficult I thought it was in the maintenance thread) but so most comfortable truck I’ve owned fixing to get it dirty
no need it's face to face seal it has O ring on it already just installed one on mine with no leak issues... easy oil changes from here on except that stupid placement of the oil filter:mad:
yeah that's what I figured (beating dead horse) EZ drain plug is a work around to removing skid plate every oil change any ways still a great riding truck
So just hit 1600 mi on new shelby raptor and decided to change the oil (amsoil, not trying to start an oil war use amsoil on all my vehicles) anyways what a pain in the but skid plate is in the way caused major mess and then there was the oil filter what were these design engineers thinking...
