please let me know your solutions too as I got the ACC relocation bracket from apollo optics too and they detect all cars from the right. What has helped is that when you use ACC, press on the gas slightly as you pass other cars on your right so your truck ignores the sensor.

TBH my car went through a whole 3-month repair phase because of a faulty fuel injector and had problems with the harsh transmission. Do you think a tune would help? thanks for your input.

I had my dealer replace my cam phasers cuz they thought it was the problem. Turns out it was the fuel injector/pump. This happened to my 2019 with only 7,000 miles. Look at my past postings with my youtube videos. See if it sounds like yours.
