The removal of grill and factory intercooler took me about 2 1/2 hours one evening...just used YouTube videos for instruction...installation was a bit tricky as wagner's directions are translated from German with poor pictures accompanying them. I depended on this thread...

I realized I didn't take pics until after I put the grill back on...I tore the truck apart last night and put the intercooler in this morning...I can snap one of the upper part of the intercooler through the grill if you're interested

i got the stopcock valves to put on the bottom. i just haven't put them in place yet. can't answer to how they work as i only have about 15 miles on since install. installation took about an hour and fifteen minutes, taking my time. the only thing i will caution is when you cut the factory...

i installed dual radium catch cans this weekend. i found these 2 caps? in the engine bay during the installation. anyone have any idea what these are or where they are from?
