Yeah i did - by testing it myself. I've sent it and had it fully compress and zero rub at all. Articulation i have not tested since I do not crawl with the truck in any form of fashion as its just way too long for that stuff.
Yup i did. I ended up doing exactly what you described but still wasnt 100% confident it was sealing so i added some clear silicon around the seal as well. We had some consistent rain and it never leaked through.

GEN2 VS GEN 3 OVERALL TAKE:
-Interior of a GEN3 is miles ahead of a GEN2. While i never really had complaints on my gen2, once you sit in a gen3 it makes the gen2 feel really dated. The bigger screen, digital dash, and all the tech alone makes me love the car.

Also, i can confirm that offset of a wheel on stock tires on a 37pp Raptor does not blow out fenders on front or rear side on full compression. This is on 100% stock suspension.

Great vehicle and 94k is fair given its avalanche, 37pp with recaros. MSRP is likely around 88-90k. 94k isnt a stretch whatsoever so i dont know why the OP is getting so much heat. Congrats on the sale!
