I’ve got my eyes on some of the offroad spec’d mini campers. I didn’t enjoy having to set up and break down everything on a daily basis so we could go tear up the trails so I’m looking for something to set up base camp with.

Love them, have had a few sets on other trucks. Had my first experience with them in some light snow this weekend and they performed well

only mod to the rear (so far) is the Icon leaf springs on option 2. Still haven’t actually measured it but I’d guess it’s maybe half an inch to an inch higher in the rear with the tent etc. worth noting I went with the kB voodoo aluminum rack to save some weight

Oh guess I skipped over that...just went back and read your post. have you had it offroad at all yet? Still have that smooth/plush feel on road? dont hate the idea of slightly firmer feeling on road but I spend a fair amount of time in the dirt so don’t want to sacrifice that performance...

Can’t say for sure yet but went with wildpeak at3ws because of the good winter reviews and I’ve had them on previous trucks (in Florida), I’ll come back and comment after this first winter in Utah lol

running the wildpeaks at3 in 35x12.5x17 E range and absolutely zero complaints. had them on a previous truck with no issues. real test will be my first winter here in Utah. as for load ranges, the truck had pro comp xtreme mt2 35x12.5x20 on it so I haven't known anything but an E rated tire. I...

why not? :cool: would also recommend taking a look at helio muro's youtube channel, he's been documenting what it really takes to run 37s...its a lot more cutting and modification than you may anticipate whether jumping the truck or not

you likely met a buddy of mine who was there Monday..we both live in the SLC area so he may or may not have used gaia to record the trails lol. bummed I can't attend even though I verified the original owner of my truck never did, looks like a blast

I've been using Gaia on my iPhone with no issues yet. do plan on picking up an ipad and mounting it for the bigger screen
