I've read a couple of threads about poor glovebox alignment (which I also have), but I'm wondering if anyone has this noticeable gap on the drivers side panel where the light dial is located? Doesn't look right to me. I've tried to push/hit it back into place to no avail.

Under normal driving conditions, the rear driver side seat(s) stay in their upright and locked position. But, under moderate braking (not even close to locking up) the seats slam down with a vengeance. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a quick fix? I'm trying to avoid a dealer trip and...
