Pull and flick that booger, inspect for any paint damage on/around your handle and lock cylinder. Someone trying to break in wont be worried about scratching your paint with channel locks or a prybar.

Care to post a pic of the connector/paste. Sounds like youre describing a conformal coating or potting compound of some kind.

What does the wand attachment you use/suggest look like, I have a Lemmer 460HD (wands pictured) and the WW Pro sprayer (360/straight hoses not pictured). I planned on warming up the FF and WW this season to try and get better aerosolization but I dont think it will ever be as good as the ACF-50...

Have you used the surface shield??? I currently use Fluidfilm for the cavities and Woolwax for everything else and am satisfied with the protection. Will pick up a gallon of this stuff and try it out when I run out of both FF and WW.

I have used this stuff in the past on our Subaru's but it was a bottle and brush application. Part of the reason I made the jump to Fluidfilm and now WoolWax with a compressor and sprayer. How do you apply the ACF-50 on your aircraft???

Be aware that the silver blocks need to be removed from the wiper motor shaft so you can change the clock position of the wiper arms. They most likely will fall off when you pull the wiper arms.

Yea they suck, I adjusted my wipers to lay better on the elements and they still dont completely de-ice in real bad conditions on a long trip. I just make sure to keep the defroster on and smack any accumulated ice off whenever I stop.

Agree completely. Going to run a circuit off the fuse box, just need a good/simple spot to mount some horns. Been contemplating using clip-nuts and hella's inside the frame rails but want something more forward and protected from roadsalt.

Where do you plan on mounting that???

Had the same issue, a plastic "roller" was cracked and was the culprit. They had to disassemble most of the interior to drop the headliner and replace. No issues aside from one trim piece damaged during the repair which was replaced by the dealer once I saw it.
