I'll be lucky to get 20K out of my tires. If you go wheelin' then they will get worn way premature. That said, KO2's are softer. Look into Yokohama X-AT or try Toyo R/T or M/T. Might last a bit longer in the desert. At least you're out using your truck!
I too bought my 2017 used and saved 20K. And it has the dumb pan. Hoping it’s fixed the second time around. But..... I have ambient disco lighting, gear selection lighting, real A/C seats and has been problem free except for the seeping pan. Haaa. Cam phasers don’t fail fail me now!

Definitely not ruling the TRX out. Gonna be a great street truck. Just not going to see it flying in the air like this testing. The real testing will be us people out in the real deserts.

Don’t know if you guys seen the short video of this Gen 3. Did this jump 8 times and drove away. TRX won’t test like this.

Get another SCAB if you don't need the interior space. Simple. But, you may have to search longer and pay. Worth it though. Plus, way more fun to drive hard. Definitely a "sport" truck.
Wow, another second and right at the driver's door. Count your blessings! Anyways, If fixable and you like to hit the dirt hard......Being an optimist, I see a full long travel kit, glass fenders and 37s and then go send it. Or kill it and bury it, as someone said.
Dudes a YouTube star. Makes all his money from Youtube subscribers and maybe Patreon or selling t-shirts and stuff. So, he can buy whatever vehicle and thrash it. But, he is a tool.
Soooo, by moving the sensor your shocks are not drooping out fully now? Or were they to begin with? Maybe the sensors were making it feel like full droop because of all the frikin' electronics. Screw that! Kings FTW!
Ford is smart. They invested billions in Ecoboost motors. The V8's are nice, especially for just the sound of it. Off roading, it really doesn't matter as I have been with both V8 and V6 Raptors, and suspension is where it counts. But, where most peeps use Raptors is on the street for daily...
Yes, you lose mpg’s. How much just depends. Raptors are a brick in the wind, in general. So, anything that modifies the exterior will reduce mpg’s.

I have 1.5" RPG spacers. The added preload the spacers give helped with the front not being so soft on the street. Small change, but a good one. If you plan on upgrading shocks later, spacers are fine and so simple. Alignment was a breeze and only tow was adjusted. Granted my truck is a...
Give the rookie off-roader a break. He just learned the hard way, like some do, when they install better suspension, but yet think they can drive it like a trophy truck. Once you bump up to man tires, 37s, reinforcement is required in certain areas of the build. And like some have stated...
