I'll check as its operating at normal speed currently but interesting..
Un-related to the cold temp issue you had - but interesting reading about your trouble shooting and giving me ideas.

But via mobile seems a bit more of a pita than using a computer...
Should have done that a year ago... Maybe this weekend...
For me, I found hot weather is worse..
Can mostly replicate now..

not cams - both sides look the same (doesn't appear to have any addons there)
No known bent items in front - Doesn't mean its not
Rear left side was hit really good Oct 2019 - however was repaired and tested for bent frame was ~20k in damage.
Real issue has been the darn shock mounts and...
Just a Side note
- Huge Positive for Forged Offroad..
Their videos of the Shock Teardown and showing Exactly the Brackets
both inside the mount and on the Top of the External Mount is one of the best out there..
so while I didn't prefer their Customer Service
I have to Admit that the videos...
Fighting a similar issue...
replaced a ton of things but hadn't done an alignment once I did an alignment and subsequent alignments all are dead on machine wise (per 3 different shops)

phone charges and the sort.
this I noticed and had something plugged into 110 charging - removed and still was able to capture this even with that removed - it made not difference..
Really Intermittent speed of flashing
will be...
No Bulbs - yes I thought same thing
XBLED are resisted and one of the better units..
Old Housing to New Housing Symptom Unchanged -
Issue would have to exist in truck or at Tail - which are factory LED -
So no Bulb - however housing and Resistors COULD Definitely be a factor!
Also huge thanks...

Probably a completely different Issue, but dunno!
https://www.fordraptorforum.com/threads/blinker-troubleshooting-fast-right-turn.78025/
My issue Temp doesn't matter... Issue has been intermittent - thought was speed related but will show up in both signals...
if bulb was loose - would have intermittent lights failure?
All bulbs LED - ALL 100% working
So Loose Connector Possibly - but wasn't in Front - but again lights working... would expect intermittent light failure with loose plug..
Headlight loose plug = lights not working
100% LED all lights working
yet most of the time my Right Blinker is fast...

Truck now has another 10k on it and front end...

less Details
Just will not Call - Email Only

Had to do a Charge Dispute with CC due to FO basically saying they'd refund
"...According to policy....within 30 days...."
Didn't enjoy my interaction with them.
Agreed -
AC works - Probably does have some minor leaks -
but the only thing i've seen from that is typical Condensate
and from the image not that oily but like you said - not that much freon in the system and that amount of oil out of a compressor would be ALOT.
