Tough, the 37's and the extra features on the 2021 make it pretty attractive. However, my understanding is Ford will now add the heated steering wheel to the 2023 and aftermarket wheels and tires are easy to come by.
I guess if budget isn't an issue at all, I'd lean #2 as it will probably be...
46% raise is what the UAW wants. No chance that happens.
No real way to know for sure at this point, but it's more than reasonable for you to be concerned about the timing of your build.
16.1 on my most recent trip running 82-85mph. There are quite a few hills on the trip. It would be interesting to see what one would get in the middle of the country where it's pretty flat everywhere.
I got the matte black Method 316's mounted. 17 x 8.5 0 offset. At 24lbs they have a noticeable difference in weight from the 37lb OEM wheels. I could tell a difference pretty immediately on the drive home. I will be interested to see if I get a slight bump in gas mileage with these.
A few...
Good eye, yes it is. My ceilings are only 11'5" so that Bendpak floor plate lift is one of the few I can use. It's rated for 9,000lbs. I can take cars up to full rise, but can only take the Raptor up high enough to roll around on a work chair under it. That's really all I need, but would...
I've got the Pro XR and had good luck with it. I need to get some storage rails for it and it seems like I saw a list of different systems that work/are designed for the Pro XR but now I can't seem to find it. Can someone point me in the right direction?
The California EV owner talking about how practical EV's are for longer trips..........in certain parts of the country, like California, sure, you can make it work fine. In other areas without the requisite infrastructure density not as much.
Just for giggles, get on your Tesla app and plot...
So I didn't really know much about the Integrated Wheel End system. After reading a bit about it, it sure seems like a failure waiting to happen off-road?
BTW - when I pulled off the rings to have them coated, a few of the bolts already had some rust on them and I sorted boogered the torx threads on one of them. Just FYI, McMaster Carr has pretty much exact replacements available, $14 for a pack of 25. Only difference is the factory ones are a...
That's more or less what I did. I got my Gen3 used and could not agree with the orange/red part of the factory graphics package so I pulled it off and put some on I liked better.
I was in the market for quite a while and bought a used 2021 recently. I would have jumped on yours in a heartbeat. I think you will be able to sell it for your asking price by the time your R gets here pretty easy.
Good luck with your sale and with your new R!
I would look at something like this to keep your luggage from becoming a missile in a collision:

Then perhaps building a basic 3 sided platform that your Malinois can comfortably fit under if he won't...
Perhaps. I've just never been much for piling on people.
The poster is a brand new member of the forum, admitted the Raptor is his/her first turbo vehicle and asked what appears to be a legitimate question for someone with a limited understanding of the way turbos work.
