Hello & welcome to Tucson! I use the Ford dealer on Auto Mall Dr between Oracle & Wetmore, Holmes-Tuttle. I have a 2019 Raptor I bought in Nebraska while doing disaster relief and have had no problems with either dealer in town. I'd use whoever was more convenient to your location.

When I brought my 2019 SCREW in for routine service the dealer notified me of the update. They do it, but it takes 1-2 hrs to complete. It did not fix dropping of my cell bluetooth connection.

If you take Rt 10, approx 30 mi W of Phoenix in town of William's right off hwy is Bearizona. Drive thru bears, wolves, mnt goats, bison, ect. Your daughter will love it (& you too probably)
