Had a guy Put new Corsa Muffler on... it has rattle in it when I first get on throttle. Plus... when revving it will not go past 4K RPMs. Is that normal? Also failed to mention it leaks water between muffler and the tail pipes... seeming like I get screwed ... suggestions before I go back to...
