I know a few track rats that are worth nine figures who daily drive a Raptor. It's worth the money to those of us who want one for all the reasons most of of us know. I'm #2 on the list for a C8 Z06 as well and it'll look great next to my Raptor and other vehicles.

I will say that Ford has been building cars for what 100 years and they seem to have a significant AC issue (among other things). You'd think they have something as relative old and simple as AC figured out. My '19 smells occasionally too and there isn't a permanent fix that I've identified...

Can't help on your other comments, but I found out early to check the oil every few thousand miles as I got a low engine oil pressure light at 6,000 miles and it was a few quarts low on oil. I didn't think I needed to check oil on a brand new truck, but most of these ecoboost engines...

I've noticed this too after a few years of owning my '19. It sounds a little chintzy sounding at cold start-up. Some ticking, light rattles, tapping, and other not very refined noises. But, after it's warmed up, it's super quiet and you barely hearing it running.

I have about 6k miles on the tires now and I still really, really like them. It's too early to tell yet on wear, but I wouldn't shy away from a set if you want to try something different.

Well, forget that then. Though, they might have a credit union or bank source with a better rate than 2.99% and be offering him a Gen 3. If it's a "regular" non-Raptor truck, no way would I trade a basically new '19.

I have a '19 with 35k miles and I'd move to a Gen 3 if the numbers made sense. If they will "overpay" for your '19 and not "overcharge" for the new '21, then go for it. But, if it's a large price delta between the two vehicles, I'd hold off personally.

The biggest question is whether it's a straight sale or are you trading for a new Raptor, etc.? If it's a straight sale, then you can get a grand or two more pretty easily if you look around. If it's a trade and they are selling a new Raptor at list, then it's a fair price. YMMV.

What model Flowmaster? Sounds like it might be worth a shot as I don't like the farty stock muffler, so if this keeps the volume same or quieter and changes it to a deeper/nicer tone, I'd be game.
