I have SW long tubes and have had em on for about 4 years now. Pretty penny after the cost of the install. If I could do it again I wouldn't do it. I'd spend the money elsewhere. But my modding days have dwindled as I get older. I will say that every single time I start my raptor, and I mean...
My tranny is a POS as well. Been in twice with the "could not duplicate" response. It slips half the time and is confused when it comes to downshifts. I'm just gonna wait till something snaps and they can replace it. I've shared my concerns and they didn't do anything.
The passenger rear door of my Scab won't open. Pretty sure it's a busted connection inside the door. The top will unlatch but the bottom won't budge. Gonna have to take it in I guess.
This happened to me twice. Both times I was just idling on level ground. Truck has never been low on oil. It started right up both times without any problems.

Lol I think I pissed him off.... Maybe intentionally but it was well worth it to see him get all fired up for nothing. I think it pissed him off more that he couldn't get me to entertain him.

Let me know if you guys can view the pics. Couldn't get em in good resolution posting directly on to here.
I've seen this before on a lot of trucks. Not too much you can do about it. The come along is your best bet to pull it back in. And then when you do take it out to put some straps in there to keep it from spreading again. I'm sure most raptors are in the same boat, just those with the covers are...
I got the General Grabbers, so we will see what happens with these. Thinking back on the BFG's I guess they didn't do too bad. Considering the abuse that i put them through including the 18K miles, I guess they did fairly well.
Pretty sure the dealer would say this is a wear item and it's not covered. I would understand too. I got 18K out of the stockers so I won't complain too much. I would feel guilty going to the dealer and making a fuss about some worn out tires with as hard as I have been on them.
Last thing I'm worried about is looks, I'm more worried about them chunking like these BFG's did. Mine have chunked all the way down to the steel belts.
Tire size, need some help
It's time for the order and am a bit confused on the size of the stockers. They are 315/70 R17's. So are they 35's? I have a good deal on some General's, just need to make sure I order the correct size (closest to stock). I don't want any rubbing issues down the road...
It was a good time, but on the way down the mountain I got 1.5 flat tires. We stopped for a minute to switch drivers and we heard the dreaded hissing coming from my rear passenger tire. It was pretty bad so we had to change it there. And then we heard the other rear tire doing the same from a...
