Dude that sucks. When my cam phasers on my 19' went, they only chattered for a second on cold start ups. If it's chattering more than it's likely it's something else. Kinda silly the shop replaced the cam phasers if they didn't diagnose those as the problem.

Nice! Yea another thing is thread locker on the bolts and torque in a cross pattern to half torque then torque again to full torque.

It's about a quote more than factory. 3.5 quarts I believe total. Don't the bolts or gasket that comes with it. Use a lube locker gasket and the factory bolts or ARP bolts. Put out a video from the last time I installed one.

Bottom. The top one is for lifted trucks that have a different angle of the diff.

Door sticker says 7/21 . Guess I’ll have to call the dealer.

Not sure what to say on that. Re-check your settings maybe? I've not heard of anyone else having that issue.

My 21' Raptor was delivered in September 2021. Probably don't have the SP596 plugs. Any reason not to use the SP596 plugs for a replacement?

Picked ours up on September 14th 2021 and currently at 35,000 miles.

33K miles on mine since purchasing new off the dealer lot in early Sept. 2021. Had a couple of recalls and the rear suspension clunk(both rear shocks were replaced to fix that). I drive it pretty hard and it's been an awesome truck. Some mild offroading, many trips, towing a boat and hauling...

That royally sucks. Hope you get it resolved and get your part in so you can enjoy your truck. Atleast they got you a rental....so many dealers will leave you walking.

Could try contacting Ford Corporate, but they've been useless in the past year or so with any dealer complaints i've presented to them.

I was poking fun with my first comment. Was super fortunate when I grabbed our 21'... 1 of 2 allocations for 2021 and I just happened to be there servicing our 19'(cam phasers :rolleyes: ) when it came in and snagged it.

Not sure I'd want one that was built in just a couple of days with all the Ford QC issues seemingly popping up. ;) However, it's nice to see them turning around at a more reasonable pace than over the past year or so.

I wonder if Forscan can hard reset it?

Got the same response when I contacted them last week. They said if I don't get an update in the next 2 weeks then I have to contact a dealer. Kinda sucks as I no longer have faith in the dealer I purchased nor the other dealer close to me after numerous issues.

Good info, thanks! Going to register over there and see if I can get my Vin checked. Sounds very similar. I also have an issue setting the update schedule. It won't save unless I set the schedule and do a reset of the system(PWR+Track FWD buttons) while on the schedule screen.

Sept 21' truck here as well.

That's actually a great idea. That gets so annoying on long trips.

I got an update in October so there's still a chance I'll get the next one OTA.

Still no update here. Wifi, parking brake, trickle charger on battery, scheduled for 0100. Multiple resets. Haven't called the number yet. Not worth my time if I have to mess with the dealer.

This is as bad as the sales folk constantly posting this on the Raptor FB groups.

Yea, we here in the south tend to wave politely at others in general. I always make it a point to wave at my fellow Raptor owners.

My last OTA update was from October of last year. Mine is a 21' I picked up in early September of 2021. Sorry to get the main topic of this thread off track a bit. Wasn't my intention.
