Can someone please post the Part numbers for the Sawybar endlinks please. I do not trust the bugger eating highschool drop out running the parts computer at Ford.
I have the same and I have Eibachs up front. I have never had the ride height recalibrated and I think the shock is just rattling around when fully extended.
I too have Icons that make popping or clunking noise at low speed. I had it before a long trip to Baja last week and I still have it now. It suxs to hear it but it's just part of the game.
I am running a N-guage with ORA550 tune. I have a COBB FMIC also. I flashed the ECU to stock and it was fine not codes and it pulled like a freight train.
This is what I ended up doing after I tried towing with cruise control while tuned. Like I said my truck did the same thing (got up high on boost and then POP limp mode"
Were you using cruise control at the time? Mine did the same thing I had to detune it back to stock. I retuned it once I got to my destination and have not towed anything since then. I just think these trucks do not like hilly towing while on cruise control.
Ok, I was grinding off some tabs on the rear axle and I severed the Speed/ABS sensor. Getting a new one, but how in the hell do you unplug it? It has a red safety tab on it and for the life of me I do not know how to undo that damn plug. Help!
I had this same clunk. My springs were not in the perch/index properly. I had the redone last week. I went rock crawling trail ridding and blasting it on the dry lake bed this week and had not a single clunk.
I am running Icon stage 2 in the back with RPG drop shackles. Eibach pro spring up front. 42.0 in the front and 42.5 in the back with 200 pounds of crap back there.
I put the winch mount and front mounted intercooler on the truck which added about 150 lbs to the very front making it nose heavy and she is sitting at 39 inches. I can feel it when I hit any bumps in the nose was the dive a lot quicker now. I am thinking about putting springs up front vice...
Oh why did I clicked on this thread. Its going to make me spend more money.
I to have the ORA550 from Off road alliance. I have everything but the exception of the boost tubes. You guys are gonna make me buy the boost tube now. I too can agree with the trans tuning it is a must. Mine in normal...
I had a mouse mak a home on the Explore Sport and that little shit ate on some of the foam covers under the hood.
They say to put dryer sheets in spots undef the hood. I say fire your cat and get a new one.
Just added a Cobb Intercooler and Swarfworks winch mount and Warn Zeon winch, so around 150 lbs up front. She sits at 39 inches up front now, should I go Eibachs or Collars?
