. Hmm.... I must be lucky. I've never had any problems with the Ford dealers (more than a dozen; both big city and small town) I've dealt with over the past 50 (or so) years.... Knock on wood.. .

. I got the recall letter (22S71/wiper motor) for this a little over a week ago. When the recall originally came out, they were waiting for the wiper motors....until 3rd quarter '23 (original est). Made an appointment and took it in yesterday. They replaced the wiper motor and I was on my way...

. For those '22s to be new/leftover, there must be "more to the story" on each of those... Sheesh.. .

I've got a couple of really good dealers within about 40 minutes of me. I've had good experiences with both service departments. Both have "QuickLane" branded service where I get mine serviced. Costs me ~$55 for oil/filter change + tire rotation, battery, brakes, etc. Good luck...:happy160:
