Assume 15k miles a year and use the EPA avg combined fuel economy of both the TRX and Raptor and you are talking slightly less than $1000 more per year for the TRX. If that is even a blip on someone’s radar for a truck at this price level then they probably can’t afford it in the first place.

I can’t even believe someone would mention Toyota in the same sentence as a Raptor or TRX. I don’t care if a Tacoma or Tundra will go 1,000,000 miles without even an oil change. Toyota trucks are soulless, gutless, chintzy and they ride like a box of *****. Who ******* cares if they are reliable.

If you are willing to place an order and wait you can get 4% off invoice…which on a typical $86k build is about $9,200 off MSRP.

This may be an unpopular opinion on this forum, but the Gen 3 launch has been a flop. They should have just waited 2 months and released it as a 2022. Those 2 months could have been used to build up some inventory and get trucks in reviewer's hands. It seems so rushed and disorganized.

Just curious, have you driven a TRX, to make the claim that the Gen 2 is the best truck on the road? For a "road" truck that is going to be really hard to back up the claim. For off-road use has there been enough real world testing to know which is better? Seems a bit of a moot point anyway...
