Yep, both settings were on and tested it by turning the truck on and letting it sit for a bit with the seats on, no luck. Heated steering wheel and ventilated seats work like they should.

Picked up my truck last week and this morning was the first time it was cold enough to need the heated seats. Truck was on for about 10 minutes before getting in it and found out that none of my heated seats are working. Anyone else have this issue?

Have had 2 Gen 3s. Ordered 1 in June but my local dealer got a leadfoot back in September and couldn’t pass it up not knowing when my Code Orange would show up. Saw my dads code orange in person and glad I didn’t cancel my order. I went to Oklahoma State, so having an orange truck just made sense.

They told me i had to purchase the vehicle first before they can start on the recall, which is fine, but i hadnt heard that one yet. Said they can work it in tomorrow, pick up Thursday. Of course weather is calling for a massive snow storm that will prevent me from picking up until Saturday...
