The Ngauge uses tunes built in HPTuners. So if your original Tuner convinced you to use HPTuners, you should already have something capable of loading tunes from a different builder.
How or what did you use to get the Tunes on the Raptor that you didn't like?
I got the Ford Performance Touring and I like it. Was a little much when first installed, but now that it's got a few miles on it, it's toned down. It's prob the quietest you can have, while being aftermarket.
0 drone, and in 8-10th gear, it's quieter than stock in the Cabin, with the fake...
Didn't notice the sound difference on the test drive?
Get a different truck or put the 2019+ OE F150 Limited Exhaust on it.
It's a V6, there's is absolutely nothing you can do to make it sound like a V8.
Dealers in my area, NY, are closed for anything other than Service, but....a few of them are doing showings / test drives by appointment only, and are offering to complete the sale fully over the phone / e-mail, and deliver to your house free of charge.
So it's worth a shot to just call and see...
Over on the Super Duty Forums, the guys there are saying whenever the Plants get reopened, whatever trucks are currently on the line, in the middle of being built, will get finished. No "New Unassembled" 2020's will be started, and 2021 production will start.
So basically, whatever 2020's are...
I run the Agency Power Intake on mine and have no CEL, and it doesn't use the stupid Vent Tube either. But yea, like you said, many other Intakes on these truck can throw the CEL and cause other issues.
As you stated "my intake, chips, etc." put ALL that stuff back to stock, clear all the Codes, and drive it around, BEFORE you run any kind of "cleaner" bullshit through the Fuel System, and see if you still have problems.
I got an Inspector 2 Tint Meter and hit the windows just the other day on mine, here's what they measure:
Windshield: 77
Front Doors: 79
Rear Doors: 25
Back Glass: 27
Sunroof: 15
I got the Touring on mine.
In Sport Mode it's got a good amount of Volume in the Cab and Outside...NOT DRONE, just raw Volume, over the OE Exhaust.
In Normal Mode, once you're up to speed, it's quieter than the OE Exhaust.
Wow, people coming outta the woodwork to attack me because a truck can't haul 500lbs to MY standards. I didn't know 500lbs was considered so heavy, by so many. Awesome!
I know what the truck is designed for, built for, capable of, whatever you wanna call it.
But the fact is, with only 500lbs...
F150 / 1500 - 1/2 Ton
F250 / 2500 - 3/4 Ton
F350 / 3500 - 1 Ton
Tonnage Classification usually goes by Payload Capacity.
Needless to say, I had a lil less than 500lbs in the bed of the Raptor the other day, and I was less than satisfied with the amount of Squat the rear had with that little...
