It's hard to put a hundred thousand miles on a truck and not use it. Some people are just hard on shit because they can't drive. Even racers know that they won't finish if they constantly tear up their tires.

I got 60k miles out of my KO2s before I swapped them for the new km3 mud terrains. The KM3s have a higher load rating but ride the same, with only slightly more howl. Always rotated at 6k miles and run at 40 psi. I've never seen a truck wear tires so evenly like my gen 1 does.

Welp...the shifter is bad and needs replacement. Internal switch that can't be replaced separately.

Dont care if it's a Raptor, Power Wagon, etc, they are all rapidly depreciating assets intended to separate you from as much of your money as possible. When a vehicle is paid for, the best thing ( financially) to do is drive it til the wheels fall off. The latest and greatest only remains so...
Have you figured this out? I have a similar problem....park light doesn't work, battery draining, and instrument lights staying on.

Engine and tranny/driveline should last a while if you're not an idiot.
BUT..as is true with all vehicles, the rest of the truck will fall apart around it. All the little annoying things will fail.
I generally keep a vehicle until it becomes a reliability issue, or maintenance headache...
Had a battery fail and leak recently and replaced it with an Optima. All was fine for about 2 weeks then this morning the new battery was dead.
Put a charger on it and noticed that the backlighting on my gauges doesn't turn off after shutting the truck off after a few minutes, and when...
I didn't have time to read all 300 plus responses here but on a hunch I did an IR scan of my fuse Box this morning after a 20 mile drive to a job site.
I think if this had something to do with the design of the fuse Box that every vehicle made would show a heat signature at fuse 27. Mine did...
