I am one of the gen 2 owners that has a downward tilting hitch from the factory. You can clearly see how much they tilt in your pic above. Sucks when trying to tow a rear rack of any type. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yes unless you level the truck. However the hitch should be level to the frame. I measured mine. It’s about 5 degrees tilted downward when measured with a digital protractor Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I have a 2018 with latest sync 3 update. Mine does this on startup of the truck when it’s dark. As soon as I touch the dimmer it goes back to its previous setting. If I start the truck and it’s light and then gets dark, the dinner automatically takes last dark setting. (Works as expected) I...

Seems to be a bug in the software. Touch the dinner in any direction and it will apply last setting. Mine does this too... very annoying. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I have noticed that on the 2019 pictures I have seen there are new gauge screens and additional driving modes. What are the chances these modes could be flashed into the 2017 or 2018s? Just got my 2018 and curious what types of software on these allows updates / flashes. Should I not worry...
