Yeah their customer service sucks. I ordered one waiting to get an email that the product shipped for like a month. I emailed and called and then the next day got emailed product shipped. I do like the frame though.

I like more of the smooth look on the top of the fenders. The fender starts looking too busy. Just my opinion.

I was debating 1.5 or 2.25. In the end, I decided 2.25 and mine is level. I am glad I went 2.25.
