Funny, I took mine inside the parking garage at SeaTac airport once, and nearly got out to make sure she'd clear, because it was tight. Had about 3" to spare.
The only time I've ever really noticed it is when I pull into the drive-thru at my favorite local burger joint. They have a guy who comes out and takes your order, gives change etc from your window and sometimes he can get squeezed when the truck is next to the pickup window. I help make his...
And three of 'em were at a local dealer about 3 miles from my house. o_O (bought mine in Jan '17)
I have fond memories of purchase day too. Watching the Seahawks playing Atlanta with the sales team in their showroom and then introducing the truck to my daughter and her fiance by taking them...
You could always just have it shipped unpainted like I did, and paint it yourself - it's not that hard. Easy to redo if you don't like it. I would suggest going with a color that provides good contrast to your truck color so it stands out, but that's just my preference.
I used a plastic trim...
Are you getting yours from Billetbadges? They made mine & shipped 'em unpainted. I decided to go with red for Boss and L, and black on the 6.2 to give it some contrast.

Thanks for the LOL. :winner_second_h4h:
I considered asking to be buried in mine too, but that'd be a hell of an excavation project to burden my family with. Raptors aren't exactly petite. :o)
This was the phenomena I was noticing over the three years I spent waiting for the darn prices to drop before buying one. I kept checking the ads and the Raptor resale values never budged! I'd finally had enough and pulled the trigger on mine in Jan. of 2017, figuring that if they held resale...
The rears were chipped up pretty badly from highway/offroad gravel and the right front had some minor impact damage so I had my favorite local shop sand 'em down and repaint all four. I told them satin black so they'd have some reflectivity. The original job came back totally flat black which...
My '11 has 88K on it and appears to have been well maintained by the previous owner(s) so I'm optimistic that she'll run fine and last a long time.
And judging by Hoovie's latest video, the damn things are nearly indestructible. He picked up an ex-Border Patrol truck that had likely been...
I installed a WRC stubby that I bought off Amazon. I think it was less than $20 but so far reception has been fine (both AM and FM).
New SVT emblem backlight install. Looking great! by Klavius Morph posted May 26, 2019 at 9:35 PM
Why do I think this upfitter switch idea came about two days before they started production on the trucks? It definitely could've been made more practical & easy with some further R&D. (Ex: by simply making the passthroughs and the inboard leads 6" longer)
So far I'm only using my #4 (corner...
