Dealership told me it was working as designed and it was improving the cooling system. But it is louder than a diesel. Right now, we are having heat indexes in the 105-110 range but it also did it when temps were in the 90s. I took it to my normal mechanic that is very experienced in Raptors...

I am feeling a grinding in the steering wheel. My mechanic changed the power steering fluid hoping that would fix it but didn't. Has anyone else experienced this and is it the power steering pump?

AGJR10 - I really pulled down on the sides while hubby tightened the locking rods because instructions said to. So I was wondering if we over tightened and are stuck with it because the seal has molded to its position. Thanks for the reply. I will have to look at it again.

Got my HD and installed but had to do a lot adjusting the latch at the tailgate to get it to shut. I thought I would be able to open the tailgate with the lid closed. Is that not the case? Anyone know?

Thanks for the responses. Decided to do an exchange for the HD. Didn't like the way it open to the bed of the truck. I liked the idea of having 3 ways to access the bed but not having to drill into my truck was more important to me. Diamondback customer service has been amazing so far and...

Anybody using the DiamondBack 270? Just got it and did not see in all the installation videos that I have to drill holes in the bulkhead to install. Not really wanting to drill into the bed of my truck. Anyone had issues with it?
