On my gem 2 it seemed like every time I went to the dealer something was messed up. I have tried multiple different dealers and still no better, I think the fact is, dealerships hire the bottom of the barrel techs. Not all just all the ones I have been to.

Try to find yourself a good dealer that will take care of any issues and cross your fingers it wasn't built on a Friday lol. All jokes aside I think people read too much into the issues with the gen 3s, buy it enjoy it and don't look back!

Man there is nothing worse than a dealer not being able to diagnose something that seemingly should be a relatively easy fix.

Is it a 4th to 3rd hard downshift? My 18' did it pretty much every time but 75k hard miles and never had any issues outside of that.
