Well, it’s back…. Did a long drive on the freeway, and on the return leg it happened again. Same thing same code too: 0301 Off to the other side of San Antonio to grab the sole ignition coil actually in stock. More to follow.

Anyone happen to have the correct part number? I’ve found a couple that look close, but want to be sure.

Will grab some of those next time I’m at the dealer…or if I have any issues again. Changing the plugs really isn’t difficult at all; some fiddly bits moving stuff out of the way, but pretty easy and straightforward, so going back in to replace the boots won’t be difficult.

I pulled the rock guard and didn’t see any obvious leaks, but that was their diagnosis. Got a new oil pan anyway though.

It did…. Suspect they also put in a new oil pressure sensor while they were in there, but no issues since.

After almost three weeks “trouble shooting” they’ve determined I need a new oil pan. Getting a loaner tomorrow…estimating at least 5 weeks

Right now, the only thing I’d remotely consider is a ‘20 SCAB. The V8 in an R might bring me over, but I have zero need for a 4-door truck. And if I did, I’d just borrow my son’s. Really hoping they do a SCAB as a homologation special for racing, but not holding my breath.
