$5,000 warranty claim and lost a month of my first year to the 10 speed. I’d take a well maintained ‘14 over my ‘18 every day of the year!
My cost on 4 years of ownership depreciation for the 14 was less than $200 with interest.
I work on Tug Hill live in the Watertown area and ran OEM BFG's on my 18' last year. I'm sure there might be better but it's the best I've ever experienced in the snow.
So apparently I’m one of the 1%, I still love my 18 but was without it for a month having the transmission rebuilt. Ford should have replaced it instead of rebuilding. My boss has a 17 and has had no issues. Unfortunately it’s the luck of the draw. My issue with Ford is for 70+k when a problem...
I’m a year in now with 18k but it spent 4 weeks last month in the shop getting the transmission rebuilt. Service was not a good experience they were two days from lemon law in my state.
I bought on amazon:
AntennaMastsRus - 21" BLACK Antenna works with Ford F-150/F-150...
Sold by: The Antenna Source
$30.99
For my ‘18. Tried shorter but just didn’t get good reception. This was a great balance that gets in my garage without touching the door.
I’ve been waiting more than a week now for work on a transmission issue on my 2018. I have five more days to wait. It’s ridiculous I buy 10 or more vehicles a year from them for work you’d think they would take care of me.
