Mud Flaps Husky brand vs others

I have the Husky ones on the front. They stop most of the mud flinging up onto the door, but not all. I think they need to be about 3 inches longer.

Husky Wheel Arch Liners on 2019

I bought these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075KT8ZPX/?tag=fordraptorforum-20 They fit fine. I just had to trim about 1/2" on the edge that fits under the fender flair but other than that they fit as expected. Says on the ad they are for '17 or '18 but on my '19 they fit other than a...

    Forged Offroad IWE lines

So I click on that link and read.... ". . . [snip] The RCV Wider then stock kits removes the OEM IWE ring and replace it with a wider ring. Made from 4340 Chromoly Steel. Simply remove the stock IWE and install these sleeve in their original place. Once installed, your hubs will stiff...

    GEN 2 Glove box scratches

People who sit in the passenger seat like to cross their legs...and inevitably end up scratching the glove box with their shoes. I'm thinking about putting some kind of vinyl film over that area to help keep it from getting too banged up.

    Bed mats

I got the Rough Country rubber mat. Spongy, easy on the knees. It's heavy, has some mass, and about 3/4 inch thick. My main goal was to keep the sprayed in bed liner looking nice (sounds kind of dumb. Secondary benefit is it is grippy and will keep things from sliding around. The sprayed in...

What did you do to your Raptor today? (Gen2)

I also got the fluid extractor (which you can see in the pic). I seemed to only be able to extract about 4.5 or so quarts. It made dumping the rest easier and with less risk of spillage, although now with the valve I'm not worried for my next change. For what is charged for an oil change these...

What did you do to your Raptor today? (Gen2)

Yep, I have one ready to go. I was thinking of leaving it attached and hanging an inch or so below the skid plate but then decided it's easy enough to attach next time I do a change. I also lubed up all the bolts with some used oil to help keep them from sticking as oxidation occurs. We'll see.

What did you do to your Raptor today? (Gen2)

2019 SCAB, bought new Dec 17 2018. First oil change (5100 miles). I decided to go with full synthetic Motocraft 5w30 oil and Motocraft oil filter. In addition, I took off the center skid plate to access to oil drain plug and installed the fomoto valve for easier future oil changes. When I...

    How screwed am I

I would check brake calipers also. Sounds like they are not releasing cleanly, maybe check the caliper slide pins.

So Don't Get me Wrong, I love my Raptor, But....

This could have all been avoided if the counter point would of included "at a similar price point" or something like that. Doesn't everyone agree that engineering usually results in a series of calculated trade-offs? If $$ were limitless, then I think all the arguments I see here with...

I see very few SCab Raptors vs. SCrews

Yep, got mine in December 2019. Traded my 2014 SCREW for a SCAB. I wanted something that I could more easily fit into my garage. I don't haul passengers much as I learned with my previous Raptor. However, the big negative is that loading stuff in the back seat area sucks compared to the...

    2019 from 2014

I just traded in my 2014 Gen1 for a 2019 Gen2. I recently sold my white 2016 C7 Vette and had some extra dough laying around so I decided to make the switch! I live in Michigan so having a Vette did not result in enough time behind the wheel so it made sense to sell it. I had 55K on the Gen1...
