Hey everyone. One thing I am shocked about is I haven't heard any TSB's out on the Raptor R yet. Wonder if there are any TSB's out yet on it?

It was a little bit of a pain to get the pics on here. The brake lines are a safety issue. They are already rusting and cant have that. The dealership agreed the bumper and sensor should have been caught when they cleaned up. Dealership admitted the guy should have caught it.

Heres one of the heat shields. Salt eat them up pretty good as well.

I'll dig on the brake lines. Here is one of the wheels. You can see a big gash on one of the spokes. Also here's the rear bumper

I dont think too many people would be happy with spending that kind of money on this truck and it being in that condition off the truck. The surface rust, I spray painted over it with the gloss black anti rust. I know the frame cant be replaced so I worked on it myself. Even the brake lines are...

Those are just a few. 3 out of 4 wheels were damaged. Rear bumper and sensor was hit and broke as well along with all the salt that has eaten up underneath the truck.

Well it showed up and it was a train wreck underneath. Service manager was hard to deal with on it but after a month of back and fourth, they are ordering all of the parts to get it to where it needs to be.

That's what I ordered. The AMS oil 5-50. Also doing the Motorcraft oil filter.

Well the day has finally come. I am about to cry haha. It's been built. How long is it taking to ship to your dealer after built? I figure it will take 2 weeks to NC. Just guessing though.

Does anyone know when this Raptor will be available to order? Heck my current R has been built since January and still nothing. I am losing hope and might as well process another order for a 2024

Im still innnnnn production. Dealer did tell me its a priority 1 code. Heck its been built for so long, I figured they have lost care at this point

If mine comes in like that then im going to make ford replace it all. Now the rear end rust thing has been going on for years with ford. I just tape up some of the bolt heads and paint it nice. The rest ford will be making it right since it’s a 111k truck

Got an answer back. Ford rep swears it's a part that they are missing. Not the oil seal issue. Hoping to get truck delivered by end of this month. Unfortunately the trucks stuck in the float do not get priority.
