I too live in Torrance and my truck is currently at So. Bay Ford for the phasers. I have used them since I've owned my truck and I see Steve Lopes. He is great to deal with and has been with Ford forever.
I wrapped mine in the 3m wrap in late 2018 and after a couple good off-road runs, they start to crinkle up at the bottom due to flexing in the truck. I have wrapped them a couple times now to keep the wrinkling to a minimum, but yes, wrapping them looks better than the glossy look.
Right on! Sounds like quite the adventure. I went on a run with Hello last October for the first time with him and it was Ana absolute blast. Great guy and very helpful and knowledgeable in the dirt.
So a friend ordered one from a dealer and the dealer stated that they can't charge the mark up because you are not buying the vehicle from them. The dealer is only the delivery point, hence destination fee and that is all that they can charge you for. If there are any sales people out there...
Bought the GJ light and it is awesome! No drilling required and a fairly easy install. Not only does it look good, the lights are crazy bright. Also, for what it's worth, I gained 4HP by adding the light.
I used a couple 1/2” 90° copper fittings and some 1/2” ID clear hose, fittings directly on cover nipples and hose right through the holes in the top part of the bed. No drilling required.

I posted in the audio section with no luck so I figured I would try here too.
Does anyone know how to set or where the setting is for having the head unit return to the screen that was up when truck was shut off? It returns to the home screen every time I cycle the ignition.
Thanks in advance
The suspension is a little stiffer....in a good way though, it gives what I feel is a more positive feedback. I don't think it feels "bouncy" at all. These are my opinions and others that have done the same may feel differently, but I would do it again if I had too.
GaRaptor,
I too am disappointed with FedEx. It was supposed to have been delivered on Wednesday and sat in their warehouse until Friday.....anyhow, I have not installed the drains yet, I saw the thread that you are talking about and I think that I am going to go that route instead of the kit...
I have a 2018 that has 600 miles on it and I thought that the ignition was breaking down under hard acceleration and figured that I would give it time.....I am impatient so I installed the 542'2 in my truck yesterday and the issues are completely gone. I am n California and I am wondering if...
