Took roughly 3.5 years for the final settlement. After State Farm Paid out for the Raptor $33k+ and the lady who hit me; who btw was on a suspended license carried the bare minimum insurance required by CA law, her insurance paid out $15k and State Farm covered the rest via "under-insured"...
