I did a cheap muffler delete with a cross pipe. Can't remember which one, but no matter what you do, these trucks sound like crap. At least I can hear the exhaust now though. I also liked the stock tailpipes, and since no matter what you spend you are not doing much for performance or sound...

I took my pedal commander off after my MPT tune. Pedal commander dialed up isn't something I'd like to try in a small parking lot, but I don't think it does much for overall performance, just feel.

I did mpt a while back. Made huge difference in the truck overall. I leave the ngague thing in my glove box. It's my daily driver most of the year, and on rainy days.

Not sure how the Gen 1's compare. Stock the Gen 2 imho has crappy get up and go. With the pedal commander, you definitely get rid the lag. A tune just takes the truck to a whole different level. I've heard guys say otherwise, but with the combination the pedal response was really touchy. I...

Think I'm deaf, because I think the factory stereos sound great now a days. But, maybe just getting old.

Almost went with this tune, but figured if I'm tuning I may as well be aggressive. Went mpt, as that was the one to go with at the time. Think cobb is likely king now.
