Ugh....you’re giving me bad flashbacks....I really hate to say it...but catless just will not work in such strict states as NY and CA...trust me, here in NY I tried just about everything to keep my Catless Borla long tubes....people either could not or were not willing to help...and I went...
I came from a 2010 Tundra Rock Warrior with a TRD SC....sold it with 21K original miles for the 2011 SCREW I have now. My old tundra absolutely blows the doors off my current 6.2L in speed and acceleration, but I like my Raptor better in every other way. In your situation, I would do the ‘19 all...
I have a white 2011 with bedside graphics that I have seriously considered removing. My truck spent the last 7 yrs under the Florida sun and heat before being delivered to me in NY....if I remove the bed graphics...what are the chances I will have a noticeable change in paint on an Oxford white...
Congratulations! Beautiful truck....I owned a supercharged Tundra before my Raptor....nothing like pinning your head back to the whine of that sc! I miss my supercharger a but.....but love my Raptor way more overall. I'd love to see more pics of your Shelby....confrats again!

Sounds bad ass! Love JDM...their customer service is truly second to none...Nick went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction and make my truck run smooth...Congrats!

Anyone have installed finished pics of both the Husky liners as well as Line-X solution? Would love to see the finished product(s)...

Just based on aesthetics alone...I'm not at all impressed with those Dodge spy pics...that Nissan Titan Warrior admittedly looks pretty bad ass...just my opinion..but still prefer the wide beefy look of the Raptor...

I believe that typically you should flash back to stock, then re-tune. I'm working with JDM out of NJ and because my 2011 was previously tuned with an SCT device, they are telling me I do not have to flash back to stock...I can just re-Tune..as long as I use another SCT tuner (which I purchased...
Def either take the curb out or park on one side if possible...that will be a tough squeeze....especially in varying conditions (think dark rainy/snowy nights etc.)....good luck, let us know what you decide...

So my order with Tasca was pretty seamless. They had decent prices and great communication. They had to special order my cats but they came in within the estimated time. My only complaint is I do believe shipping on my order was on the high side and partially negated the good prices on parts. I...
Thank you for all this great information...it was very helpful. I ended up ordering from Tasca as I already had the order placed and in process anyway. I will def check these other options out for future needs...thanks again.

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum for this...please move if need be. I would like suggestions on the best overall place to order Ford O.E. parts. I need to order over $2K worth and have quotes coming in from:
Tasca Parts Online (good prices but absolutely brutal online and BBB reviews)...
Yes....my Borla system has some pretty significant drone for sure....since Im returning to stock manifolds/cats soon...I guess that will solve that haha...although Im keeping the S-Type exhaust..

I would love to know how this turned out...as I have Borla Long tubes....and am trying to figure out if it's even feasible to patch CATs in and pass...

This is a great find...I just need to find a place that can fabricate an appropriate y-pipe for these that will connect to my existing Borla S-Type exhaust...thank you Jim! If I decide to proceed with a headerless system and just do cats and manifolds...this could easily save me almost a grand...
Update
Thanks for the input guys...I have searched everywhere around my area for a shop willing to attempt to work cats into my Borla Off Road Headers...with no luck. Every one of them (and I've asked about 7 or 8) have said there's just no room or they dont do stainless welding etc...no...
So for anyone who has not read my below post - this is my updated situation:
Bought a FL truck and had it shipped to NY - unknowingly without cats
It has:
Borla Long Tube Headers - Borla S-Type Exhaust
NO CATS
AirRaid CAI
37" Tires
It is under a 5-Star Tune - HOWEVER, I do NOT have...
The check engine light is off I think because it's under tune..but apparently it is throwing 4 O2 sensor codes. I attempted inspection and the problem was that all my monitors were off (again because of the tune I think) so they couldn't complete it. I have Borla long tube headers and a Borla...
RDFTS I just PM'ed you. Turns out my headers are Borla longtubes. Apparently there is no way to attach cats to them. I was told I will have to remove them and either go with another brand cats/headers (which is way expensive for me now) or go back to stock manifolds/cats. I was told about 8...
