Fender Modification to run 37's with 1.5" Collars

After you make your final cuts you can use a plumber propane torch to carefully burn out some of the foam in the cavity’s that is close to the area you will be welding. It is highly flammable so don’t get carried away. Then use 3m cleaning disc to do final welding prep. After your done welding...

Fender Modification to run 37's with 1.5" Collars

My plastic block looked a little different. It was held in with a plastic rivet and came off real easy. I used a 3m paint removal disc part number 07476 to remove expandable foam and paint to prep for welding. Yes the aluminum is very strong and hard to cut. There are cut off wheels designed...

Fender Modification to run 37's with 1.5" Collars

With my 37” KO2’s before I did the inner wheel house modification the left front tire rubbed on the inner plastic liner slightly while driving around town. Any amount of off road driving I think you would definitely cause damage to tire and or truck if you didn’t do this type of modification. If...

Race Radio install in center console front storage tray with cover still operational

Yes I can but it would be early November before I can have them ready. I know I offered earlier to have them available if anybody else wanted them. I didn't make the templates for adapter or cutouts during my original install. So I need to take mine apart and won't be able to do that until late...

Fender Modification to run 37's with 1.5" Collars

I think the front fenders you would be good especially if your were lifting the front more and with UCA's. The rear fenders you may have to do a similar modification to the lower front and rear bedside flair. I was prepared to do this but after testing my wheel tire choice I determined I had...

I'm not a expert in go fast suspension but I do have a lot of experience stuffing large items into small places. Years of building Jeeps, large tires small wheel wells. Here's my latest build that includes some new (to the Jeep world) shock technology. I also never intended my original...

Yes I have, both high speed and lower speed technical stuff. I'm pretty sure I didn't have my wheels turned when landing LOL. But plenty of clearance at full bump in both high and low speeds. I don't have any photos but will take some next time out. PS Cool Photo

Side note while I had everything apart I routed 1 usb cable to the rear portion of the little tray next to the cup holders. So when I have my phone connected the cable isn't dangling on top of everything. The other usb cable is routed to the dash upper center tray. I use that for when I have my...
