It's a 2012 and this was the second time I had it there...they ripped the headliner and scratch up the center console when they first replaced the track. I took it back to have the damage repaired and to have the moonroof checked. Naturally, the other trucks that did the "same thing" were no...
Thanks guys,
I should have clarified my question more... I meant on the second push. Mine stops about 3/4 of the way back after the second push and for two years previously, it went completely back. Thanks for checking it for me.
Hi Guys,
I just had the stealership replace my broken moonroof track and now it only opens about 3/4 of the way to the rear. They claim they compared it to two other trucks and they all opened the same amount(image that:flipthebird:)! For the last two years it opened all the way back! How far...
I also just finished doing this. Thanks for the great tutorial with the pics.
Oh, and I wish Ford would make the son of a bitch who designed the wiring harness for these switches have to hook up the pass through wires on every one as it comes off the line!:flipthebird:
My 2012 has done that from day 1 and sometimes it also sounds like a mouse or bird is getting flung out of the fan at the start up! And yes I've checked...no blood or parts!
Here is the ARE Z series...with remote locking rear window and Pop n Lock. Perfect for my needs of hauling the dogs and bikes! And I can just remove it when needed.
I hear you guys! This was just the first time that I let it get close to empty before hitting the pump! I usually don't let it get below 1/4. Love the Lambo analogy!:waytogo:
Damn that hurt! Leaving on a road trip this week and I just filled up the Raptor...$125.00 Guess the gas stations are going to have to adjust the pumps again, they shut off at $100.00 !
Another vote for DuraTracs!
Had them on my Yukon till I sold it..loved them!
Have them on my jeep JK..love them!
WILL have them on my Raptor when the stockers go!
Hell, I'd put them on the wife's X5 if they would fit!:ROFLJest:
They are the same length as the stock lugs (2"). I've always used these locks because with the spline type, someone could just use a vice grip to get them off. These collars will just spin. But if someone wants them bad enough, nothing will stop them, just slow them down a little. Except maybe...
Hey DirtNasty..I was in Redlands to pick up my truck the same day as you. I pulled into the lot and there was my silver screw, next to your blue, right in front of the showroom! Our salesgirl said you were on your way to get it. Loved the look of your shell and have mine on order! Love my truck...
