I'm also in CA and talked to Jack about ordering for CA and she said "Easy, not an issue".

Spoke with Jack (thank you btw) and she said they're going to take orders soon but they're not expecting delivery until end of the year. I specifically asked if they would be listed/labelled as 2022 to which she didn't know yet how they would be labelled.
