Drop ship isn't free. Well the drop ship is but your local dealers will charge any where from $399 to $750.00 to complete the process. This fee is passed on to the buyers. JB

Yes sir $500.00 is the fee most dealers charge to do a courtesy delivery for other dealers. Some in Cali mark the delivery fee up to $750.00 but not too many. It is a warranty that is purchased from my company AMSI and is could throughout the US/Canada and any certified mechanic. JB

Just outside of Nashville. However, for a courtesy delivery fee from you local dealer I can drop ship it directly from Ford to your local dealer to save you shipping or traveling expenses. This fee varies from $399 to $599 depending on your local dealer. JB

Pricing has not been released on the ordering guides. I'm going to load one up with all options within our ordering application and see if it will give me pricing details. JB

No probably not in fact it might be delayed for you to go onto ford.com and build one. I can order a 2019 Super Duty right now but on ford.com there is only a 2018 model. I will be able to download all options and send them to you if ford.com is behind the ordering banks opening. JB
