    I bought my Gen 1 with 21000 miles and the original BFGs. I now have 50000 miles with no urgent need to replace before our Michigan Winter. Not fond of wet handling at this tread level though.

    Going from the Prius, you'll need to be careful of the larger size. The corners of the vehicle can't be seen from the driver's position, and it may take a while to intuit them.

    Good thoughts, but I'd go for the maximun, per-mile allowed in your state as minimum compensation. On the other hand, you can kinda understand the temptation.

    I'm 73, and have had my 2014 Ruby Red SCREW for 2-yrs. I love it! Enough power to get in trouble (if you want to), and it rides like a Buick.

    I bought one, a 2014 with 21 thousand miles, with what looks like a little more than half that damage. It took 11.5 thousand to put it back on the road. Not a lot of used Raptor parts available.
