I used it to open the tailgate when the electric motor stopped working. Had to make a tool to get in there to access the mechanical part of the release assembly. The tool looks like a distributor wrench. I keep it in the truck in case it ever fails again.

Only interested if they use thick rotors to transfer heat, have replaceable floating rotors / separate from hat, but still fit inside 17" wheels. I don't need more clamping power, just way better heat disapation.

Ask them to do a "Cost Cap" and submit it to Ford. Also ask them what Ford says regarding costs to rebuild vs replace. GET THE NUMBERS from them, no numbers = they didn't do it.

Please explain "pass through" does this mean they have ends under the hood with nothing attached? If this is the case, where under the hood are the other ends? The upfitter switch wires do not power up directly from the switch, the power comes out of the relay, activated by the switch. Right?
