I found it very easy. Lawyer did most of the work I grew tired of Ford snowballing me. I can go on and on but at the end of the day we pay a premium for a new vehicle free of defects and if they can't fix it with in what the court defines as a reasonable time frame then they owe us what we paid...

Here in California if they keep your vehicle more than thirty days they owe you a new one. That is probably why they say drive your truck until parts come in.
