Had a similar clunk at low speeds over smaller bumps. Changed the end links. Fixed it. The old end links barely had any play in them.

I bought the Krytox grease, and have applied it once. I use the moonroof frequently, and have had no trouble with it. It is a 2018, and it is over 3 years old.

I have the Torsen, and my truck does not pull left or right. The steering feels heavier in 4A or 4H but it does not pull.

If the damage you are pointing out wasn't there, and I am assuming it wasn't, the joy ride seems to have been pretty rough. That would haunt me until the truck proved itself to be undamaged. It would have to be repaired and gone over by someone you trust, that knows what they are doing to even...

A person can do what ever they want to their truck. Doesn't mean it will work as designed thereafter.
