I tighten up the outside bolt to the point you could barely rotate the light, mounted it, and then aligned it and used the inside bolt to really tighten the angle. One of those "**** I'm stupid" moments after I realized it and had already posted this thread. Thanks for the reply.
Yup. Same. I ended up putting a spacer on the factory bolt and put that through the bracket. Lines them up perfectly. Not sure why I didn't think of that initially.
Hey all- I have a 37" package and it seems like my bumper is different than the 35" I had before. I can't figure out where to mount the S2 pods. Any suggestions or am I missing something obvious?
Thanks!
Goose x 100000000. My truck was down for 3 days total. Cobb had it turned around and back to me same day. The back and forth email tuning took a day at most and about 5 revisions from Goose. The truck is 100% how it should have been from the factory. Kicks ass, shifts smoother, tons of power...
Still working through updated files with Winfield but the current version is incredibly good. Truck feels like it should have from the factory. Ready for stage two and I'm not even done with one yet!
I'll second the great review for Winfield. I sent my ECU off on Monday, got it back Weds. This morning sent him my serial and we're 2 test tunes in to logging/fine tuning in about 4 hours. Super fast service and even though I don't have the final tune done yet, the latest version I tested feels...
My dealer replaced the cover and it was worse. I had them then send it to an upholstery shop who managed to mostly fix their shit work. Overall still a few wrinkles I've decided to not worry about at this point. My time is worth more than the back and forth.
I'm having a hard time following what the timeframe is looking like here, but it's probably because I'm like a kid on Christmas just waiting for some Goose love... wait that sounds odd. Ah well.
They’re sending it to an upholsterer this week. Service manager tried to tell me it would tighten up with heat. Probably the last time I use that dealer.
You're in the audio section.
And your info about no upgrades without a tear down isn't remotely accurate according to a number of installers (in this forum) and a few pro's locally I've talked to. You can upgrade bits and pieces without going full tear down. Full replacement is by far the way...
Give me a few. I'll be home shortly. Basically it went from the back right corner being wrinkled and loose to the whole front being wrinkled. Maybe I'm being picky but I feel like both seats should match.
My drivers seat leather cover was loose where the base connects to the back support. Wrinkled and not held down well. Passenger side was perfect. Took it in and they ordered a seat cover. They re-did it and now it's even worse than when it arrived. Service manager said "well, that's what happens...
