Anyone have this issue where sometimes, for no apparent reason, my truck's audible sounds go from normal to this analog sound. It happens at start and won't stop till I shut it off and restart later. It happens with the seat belts and parking distance sensors. It's a 2020 model.
I had a '17 and sold it with 86k miles on it in October to buy a '20. The only issue it had was with the sunroof that they fixed under warranty. The only thing I highly prefer on the later models is the Ford Pass app. I use the app all the time to start the truck remotely when out of range...
To be fair, I had 86k miles on my '17 Raptor with 0 engine issues. No engine is perfect but I wouldn't say it sucks unless you are referring to the turbos.
I just picked up a '20 Lead Foot and personally I prefer naked. I'm also not a fan of $1900 wheels so I went aftermarket for 1/3 of the price and it's good enough for me.
Once you do one mod, the next one becomes easier, and easier, and easier. Then you see pics here and well, I have to have that mod because it's only $$. It's endless!
Ugh, sorry to hear. I went through this with the Porsche GT3 engine replacements and it was a nightmare. I agree with others, if you can't get a buy back, demand an extended warranty. Porsche did it for their GT3's as a point of reference.
I'm torn. I just picked up a Lead foot and can't decide on Coal black or Tungsten. Can someone post picks of the black on Lead Foot? Page 11 had pics of the tungsten.
It's definitely an area where the major manufacturers are way behind. My wife drives a Tesla and the regular updates are like getting new features on a car purchased over a year ago.
