At auction a hard loaded ‘18 with 40k miles are bringing 49-51k. I used to work for the dealer an am still pretty good friends with the gm so I got a bit more and bought the super duty in the hold back.
Yeah I had a '13 F250 Platinum before the '18 Raptor. The '20 is a Lariat with the Ultimate Lariat package. Outside of the heated steering wheel it has everything the Platinum did and more. I will say the new 6.7 is a beast. Only have 15 miles on it so can't say how its going to be but will...
Only reason Ford still offers the 5.0 in the F150 is because there’s too many old codgers out there that think a truck isn’t a truck without one. Both will die off shortly.
Recorded a video of mine with the noise on cold start. Mechanic knew what it was and said they’ll order the parts and drive it in the mean time. Parts came a week later. Set appointment and had it back in 2 days.
Add me to the list. Rattling noise on cold starts that last about a second. I'm at 33100 miles on an '18 with a build date of 10/18. Took it to my dealer this morning and showed the service manager and head tech the video. Head mechanic said phasers and ordered the parts today.
I’m going with Duratracs when it’s time to replace the KO2’s. Had a set of 325/60/20’s on my Super Duty and they lasted almost 70k. Rotate them every oil change and they will wear evenly and not get too loud.
