    Does Size Matter?

Carl, you are correct, the Carbon Pods are pricey for sure!! Lol. Your current plan makes sense, I ran four 8" on the front bumper for quite awhile and they worked fine. There can be issues with glare on the roof mounts. Flat black on the hood helps. The conditions make a big difference...

    Does Size Matter?

If you want to throw a bunch of light down range, check out the 70W KC Pods, they rock. The higher you mount the light, the better. :-) LED's down low to light things up medium to short range and some splayed wide for the turns on their own switch.

    Raptor Expedition Toy Run

That is such a cool route. Love that area. 1) Dylan needs to finish going through my shocks 2) Patty needs to have our baby 8 days early 3) Patty needs to tell Grant it's OK to go play with the truck! Number 1 and 2 could happen....number 3...not so much..LOL You guys have fun and Patty and I...

    Roof mount light bar glare?

Since you are in AZ you might want to stop by at SDHQ and talk to Jason. I know they have some 10 degree setups and might have some ideas for mounting to help with the glare. My light bar holds seven HIDs so its kinda apples and oranges to an LED bar. We did mount it out over the windshield and...

Please Welcome The G & P Racing team to FRF

We are signed up for the NORRA 500 which is in late Sept. Lots of mods and prep for the RAPTOR and for the support dually. Support is just as vital to the effort as anything and for the next event we have installed Icon uca's and shocks on all four corners. Also have added a 109 gal...

Gordon, looks like it came out great! LOVE the wrap! Looking forward to seeing it close up. You will get used to those 3G's, my ass made it to SnoBall and back and my legs didn't fall off or anything LOL. They get better with time for sure. Offroad they just plain rock! Good Job on this latest...

    Boss 427 Hurricane

Andy, I agree this will take a custom crank, but I think it is doable with the block we have. The bore spacing is correct and I spoke with Jamal at SVT about the 777 project and was told clearly it used a standard block. Touch base with Mike Schropp in your group as we have had extended...

Wow...really..WOW. The dash is sweet, I did the same material as the overhead and thought that came out well but the carbon fiber dash treatment looks great. Also like the carpet up on the back of the cab. NICE. Excited to see what you got going for the wrap??? Coming down to SoCal with Patty...

    UMP Intake Systm

I hear ya, that's what slowed me down when I looked at doing it to mine setup. I have that Y tube custom from Outlaw so I was looking at TWO Ump cans $$$ LOL. I really liked the AFE when I ran it. Only issue can be the rubber elbows, so if you haven't already changed them you might consider...

    UMP Intake Systm

John Bowers runs one in the truck HM built for him. Sweet setup. I think you could fit one in a more stock engine bay, would require removing the airbox and creating a bracket for the tank that normally ties to the airbox. You could fit one on the battery side too if you wanted to relocate that...

What rims and tires would y'all suggest for me?

The OP question was what wheels and tires...for ripping up AZ I would suggest sticking with a 17" wheel to give you more sidewall. You will have less issues and a softer ride. Johnny Beagle is correct, lots and lots of guys run Methods. Don't sweat the China bashers, pick what you like and fits...
