Two things:
1) Classes fill up REALLY FAST. You may not be able to get in until late this year...if at all. Sign Up Now!
2) They tell you repeatedly: Don't take your personal truck out on the trails after the school.....that's where they have had multiple incidents of people using their new...
In for May 29-30
Currently planning on driving my '18 from the Seattle area to Utah over the Memorial Day Weekend.

Stock Offset Aftermarket Wheels
I'd like to switch out the stock OEM non-beadlock wheels for aftermarket wheels with very similar or exactly the same offset as the wheels that came with my '18. Stock wheels, as most of you know, are 17" x 8.5" with a 34mm offset.
Closest thing I can find in...
Up in the Pacific Northwest...
Lead Foot enjoys the change of seasons...near Kirkland.
Grew up in SoCal....don't remember the seasons changing.....isn't is summer-ish all the time?

Inside the Center Console
Here's my setup inside the console of my '18.
Blackhawk Serpa holster...mounted to the center console with 3M Dual Lock.
This is the industrial stuff that really just won't let go!
The Serpa holster I have will fit most of the Sig P-series...
Congrats!
Here in the Seattle area we do everything possible to show sensitivity.....like taking the new Raptor out to enjoy the Fall Foliage.....

I saved....
....nearly $4000 by NOT ordering:
Hood Graphics
Bedside Graphics
Carbon Fiber Interior
Orange Accented Interior
The Lead Foot and lack of stickers makes a lot of people go, "Is that a Raptor?" which is just fine with me.

....Yes, I admit it....getting coffee was involved.....
We had a brief break in the rain here in the Great Northwest, so let's drive.
Visited The Reptile Zoo...home of the Albino Alligator and Two-Headed Turtle.
Lead Foot stands out in contrast to the Fall Foliage.
The Skykomish...
We do....
....carry a compact compressor.
You just can't check tire pressure without dropping the spare.
And on that wet or snowy night by the side of the road, I'd rather have a full spare than unpack the compressor and wait till it's full.

Rainy night here in the Great Northwest and my wife is out with the girlfriends....so let's go to the garage....
Having been surprised once or twice over the years with a "Spare With No Air" just when it was needed most, I've taken to flipping the spares on my trucks making it easy to check...
The GT350R button....
...is plastic and a similar diameter to the Raptor starter button....but it doesn't fit.
I paid $49!!! for a sample of the Mustang one....but...now I see them for $30-39 bucks online.
Suppose there was one made of the same military grade aluminum as the Raptor...
Fox Shock Visibility with Husky Liners installed...
For those concerned about covering up the Fox Shocks....there's not much left to see once the rear fender liners are installed.....but....I think the protection is worth it.

Husky Liners installed....
....not quite a five minute install...but they do go in.
Warming them up in the sun is a good idea....but it's cold and rainy here in the Great Northwest right now.
No trimming required...but I used one of those plastic body trim levers I had laying around. Any...
You've probably....
...figured this out by now....
My front plate came with two pop rivets...of course, you need a pop rivet tool to install them in the pre-drilled holes.
Make sure the tabs on the back of the license plate mount slip into the openings in the lower grille.

Picked up the Lead Foot beauty on Friday morning...got it home and went to work.
Took off the N-FAB steps from my 2015 Lariat and mounted them on the Raptor.
Also shifted the Tuffy underseat locking box from the Lariat to the Raptor.
Oh...and I've peeled off the Dearborn plant...
Pix of New '18 Lead Foot
Here she is....on the red carpet at the dealership...at home in the driveway....and glowing in the garage.....
Top three adventures during the first day:
1) Went to get coffee and doughnuts
2) Stopped at the pharmacy for a flu shot
3) Visited my...
I'm installing the cab-length N-FAB steps from my 2015 Lariat on the 2018 Raptor I'll bring home on Friday.
One of the features on the 2015 I really liked was the OEM Bed Steps.
I know they won't go on with the stock Raptor boards....but has anyone installed them with shorter cab length...
My 2018 Lead Foot Super Crew arrived at the dealer and will be ready to pick up on Friday morning.
I'm busy emptying out my leased 2015 Lariat FX4 and cleaning it up to be turned in.
Very excited about being a part of the Raptor family!
