Well? What was the verdict? I installed my Icon’s last night in position 2.......seems quite high and a bit stiff. I will try to get the Geisers installed tomorrow and then need an alignment. Best bet ford? Not certain a few inches actually matters with the sonar sensors anyway.......
I am sticking with 35's. I feel like going up to 37's will change a lot. The brakes are not strong enough already and adding a bunch of weight doesn't make any sense to me. I hear you can go with 37's using this set up.
I routinely pull a 30 ft. TT fully loaded AR 8500#s. 850# tongue weight with Anderson WDH......stock springs and bumps. Truck handles it fine, but I did just order up the Icon rear springs. Same price as Deavers, just a little different in approach. Icon supplies the same +3 but they include...
you lifted front 2.25" and nothing to the rear to fit the 37" KO2's correct? The front a bit higher than the rear? When you say trimming, but hardly....please elaborate. I appreciate the input.
What? Weird comment - This is the same engine Ford put into the GT which is 650HP.....This engine will make plenty of power....check out the Road and Track article below...
You ordered Kooks green catted? Are you installing with stock exhaust? planning a tune? Just trying to get a sense for what people are doing and the potential sound/performance gain.
Turbo adapter, looks do through stock exhaust
I am interested in how this set up worked out. I think I saw an August 2nd projected install?
Throw any codes? Run a tune?
