Yeah I figured it would not only be a pain but also High $. Was a thought, I would like to be able to leave it in 5th in the mountains on the highway, the constant shifting drives me nuts.
There is a difference between the Ford Racing Bar and the standard KC bar, I have seen them side by side. The Ford Racing bar is even with the top of the bumper and the KC Bar is taller and lines up with the upper bumper cover. It's easy to see in the photo's in this thread.
I agree with everyones statement about the Raptor have plenty of power. I for one have a 5.4L and have never had an issues, you just have to drive it correctly and be ready for them conditions when extra power would be nice but higher RPM's takes care of. Put your cash into the suspension and...

With your performance Mods to the 5.4l what kind of numbers did it make. I am not a bar stool HP talker just would like to know the bang for the buck. I also have a 5.4l and was thinking of keeping it simple, Cams, Headers and intake.

I have a 2010 5.4 Raptor, I have always doen my own service and oil changes. To bring the Motor up to full on the dip stick I have always had to add 6 and approx 3/4 qts never a full 7. I have gotten tired of tweaking the last quart to get it right on the full mark and wonder what you guys...

If more 2010 owners chime in with double post floor mats, I'll add it to the list. Right now I'm thinking it might possible be a scewup on the production line or they may have change late in the 2010 production cycle.
I am too, 22000 miles and the only issue I have had was the tow/haul button came out of the shift. The dealer replace the entire shifter under warranty. My 2010 5.4 has been great!
